    When we launched DealDock, the public site went up first and the operator side ran on a stack of spreadsheets. That's no longer true. As of this week, our internal platform is fully live — and it changes how fast we can underwrite, how cleanly we can pay our trades, and how transparently we can report to our capital partners. Here's what shipped.

    Live property deal files

    Every property we touch now has a single record with photos, signed documents, invoices, status history, and a real-time rehab tracker. Nothing lives in someone's inbox or a shared drive — and nothing falls through the cracks at closing.
